Thanks to the reliability of our products, we can offer you a lifetime manufacturer's warranty on the tank and body, 10 to 15 years on motors and electrical components depending on the model, and 5 years on our accessories!

Central vacuum

Free from defects in materials and workmanship for as long as you are the original owner of your of your appliance, and as long as it remains in its original place of installation. This warranty applies to the body and tank of the and is not transferable.

Motors and electrical components are 100% warranted* for 10 or 15 years, depending on the model, from the moment you purchase your central vacuum.

Air purifier

Our Cyclo UV portable air purifiers come with a 2-year warranty (parts and accessories in the event of a manufacturing defect).

Lamps are also covered by a 1-year warranty.

Attachments

Our Cyclovac brand accessories come with a 5-year warranty.
Enjoy Cyclovac excellence!

Our other accessories come with a 3-year warranty. Electrical powerhead warranty 1-10 years depending on manufacturer's warranty.

If an accessory proves to be defective due to a manufacturing defect, it will be repaired or replaced under the terms of the warranty.

25-year warranty extension

Did you know? You can extend the warranty on your central vacuum system to 25 years!

On all our central vacuum models, we offer you the possibility of purchasing a 25-year extended warranty. It is governed by the same conditions as the original Cyclovac warranty. You can subscribe to this extension during the first year of your purchase.

What our warranties cover*

Parts

The motors and electrical components of your central vacuum are warranted for 10 or 15 years, depending on the model.

Service centers

To maintain your warranty, service must be performed exclusively by an authorized Cyclovac dealer using genuine Cyclovac or Trovac parts.

Replacement and repair

The authorized service center will repair or replace the defective part(s) free of charge for a period of 2 or 5 years, depending on the model.

What's not covered

Our warranty does not cover normal wear and tear on components such as filters, damage due (in Cyclovac's opinion) to misuse (e.g. plaster dust, water, etc.), commercial use, lack of proper maintenance, improper installation, negligence, natural disasters, claims and accidents.

There is no warranty for consumable items such as lights, belts, brush rollers, carbon brushes (motors), disposable bags and filters. Use only original Cyclovac replacement bags. Any damage caused by the use of another bag will invalidate your warranty.

Also, in-home maintenance service is not covered. Transportation and travel costs are not covered by the warranty. Dealers may charge for in-home service if available.

How do you honour your warranty?

We understand how annoying it can be when your central vacuum cleaner runs into trouble. That's why we put a network of Cyclovac specialists at your disposal. Our authorized dealers are specially trained to diagnose and solve any problems that may arise with your Cyclovac central vacuum.

Maintenance and repairs are carried out in the workshop of the authorized dealer. Some of our experts offer the option of an in-home service call for a fee. If the unit is still under warranty, please bring your proof of purchase with you.
